Job summary

Global Medical Response (GMR) is hiring Flight Paramedics to join a dedicated air transport team. You will transport patients to and from facilities and perform scene call work with a strong emphasis on safety and high standards.

This full-time role requires emergency/critical care experience, valid EMT-P, and multiple AHA certifications; orientation will include required training and certifications to maintain active status.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of emergency or critical care experience.
• EMT-Paramedic Certification (EMT-P) required.
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• PHTLS/ITLS certification within orientation or 30 days of hire.
• FP-C certification to be obtained within 24 months of hire.
• PHNRP within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition to determine the best course of action in critical care.
• Manage critically ill or injured adults and children per physician orders.
• Maintain safe, clean aircraft environment and perform base/equipment checks.
• Communicate effectively with air and ground teams, dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Share shift information and ensure accurate documentation and records.
