Job summary

Med-Trans Corporation in McComb, MS is seeking a Flight Paramedic to join our team of air transportation experts. You will transport patients to and from medical facilities and respond to scene calls, delivering high-safety patient care on every flight.

Starting pay ranges from $21.34 to $40.99 per hour, depending on experience, with two 24-hour shifts per week and company-paid crew housing while on shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a 911 or critical care setting required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, trauma certifications required prior to flight status.

Responsibilities

• Complete and submit electronic patient care records for dispatched flights within the required time.
• Perform daily base checks, including narcotic counts.
• Provide pre-hospital and intra-hospital advanced life support care through handoff to the receiving facility.
• Maintain licensure, certifications, and continuing education records.
• Operates and maintains equipment and supplies used by emergency programs.
