Job summary

Allegiance Mobile Health seeks an experienced flight paramedic to provide safe, comprehensive care to critically ill and injured patients in the pre-hospital setting and during inter-facility transports. You will document assessments, treatments, and billing information while operating under Medical Director protocols and online guidance.

The role requires current paramedic certifications (state and NR), ongoing competency, and 3–5+ years of field experience, with FP-C target within 24 months.

Qualifications

• Active Paramedic Certification in the state employed.
• NRP/ITLS/PALS/PEPP or equivalent current certifications.
• Minimum 3 years field experience; 5 years preferred.
• Must obtain FP-C within 24 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comprehensive care to critically ill/injured patients in pre-hospital settings and during transports.
• Document and chart assessments, treatments, and billing information accurately.
• Operate under Medical Director protocols and online guidance.
• Maintain knowledge of flight paramedic scope and regulations.
• Participate in training, meetings, and competency requirements.
• Support base education, PR, and public relations activities.
