Job summary

Guardian Flight in Hawaii seeks a Flight Paramedic to join our air medical team. The role offers a starting salary range of $103,000–$106,000 annually, with a 5 days on/10 days off schedule and company-paid crew housing while on shift.

You will provide pre-hospital and intra-hospital ALS care, complete electronic patient care records promptly, perform base checks, and participate in pre-mission liftoff activities, under strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in 911 or critical care setting.
• EMT-P license/certification in states served.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP prerequisites prior to flight status.
• FP-C required within 24 months from date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Complete and submit electronic patient care records for each flight.
• Perform daily base checks, including narcotics count.
• Provide pre-hospital and intra-hospital ALS care and maintain documentation.
• Maintain licensure, certifications, continuing education, safety procedures.
• Operate equipment and supplies used by emergency programs.
• Attend briefings, support liftoff and pilot activities as needed.
• Ensure safety compliance for crew and patients.
