Job summary

Guardian Flight, Inc. is hiring a Flight Paramedic in Hawaii. You will join a team of air transport professionals to safely move patients to and from facilities, and handle scene calls.

A culture of safety and high standards supports your work on a specialized medical flight crew. Starting annual compensation is $104,000 to $107,000, with a 3-on/6-off schedule and company-paid crew housing on shift. The role requires at least three years of 911 or critical care experience and an EMT-P license;

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a 911 or critical care setting as a licensed Paramedic.
• EMT-P license/certification in the states served by the assigned area required.
• Flight Paramedic-Certified (FP-C) required within 24 months from date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Complete and submit electronic patient care records for each dispatched flight within the specified time frame.
• Perform daily base checks, including narcotic count.
• Provide pre-hospital and intra-hospital advanced life support care from initial contact until patient transfer.
• Maintain documentation of licensure, certifications, continuing education, safety, and procedures.
