Frontier Airlines in Denver is seeking a Safety Specialist for the Flight Operations Division to manage the collection and analysis of safety data such as FOQA, ASAP, employee reporting, and internal audits. Proactively identify safety deficiencies and share findings with senior leadership.

The role requires 5 years of flight safety experience, a bachelor's degree in aviation safety or engineering—Master’s preferred—and strong data-analysis skills.

Formación

• 5 years of experience in flight safety is required
• Bachelor's degree in aviation safety or engineering-related field required; Master's preferred
• Experience with flight monitoring software and analysis is preferred
• SMS experience is preferred
• Auditing experience is preferred

Responsabilidades

• Represent the Safety Department for Flight Operations data collection and analysis (FOQA, ASAP, employee reporting, internal audit findings).
• Identify operational safety deficiencies and communicate findings to VP of Flight Operations and Director of Safety.
• Oversee data collection with aircraft fleet in conjunction with Maintenance and Technical Services.
• Lead internal program audits under Part 5 SMS; act as Flight Operations Lead Auditor during IOSA renewals.
• Coordinate and perform Safety Risk Management for Part 5; perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist senior leadership in investigations of high-profile events and provide data to Maintenance and Engineering.
