Redwire Defense Tech in Huntsville, AL, seeks a Flight Operations Standards & Evaluations Manager to build, maintain, and implement flight standards and evaluation programs for sUAS operations. This role oversees development and execution of operational standards to ensure safe, compliant, and mission-ready flight and ground operations.

• Experience developing compliance documentation, operations manuals, and internal training programs.
• Leading multi-disciplinary teams and presenting updates to stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance and FAA Part 107 certification.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain operational standards, procedures, and best practices for sUAS flight and ground operations.
• Ensure alignment with FAA and DoD regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
• Maintain and update operations manuals, training materials, and evaluation documentation.
• Conduct flight evaluations and performance assessments to ensure readiness.
• Provide operator feedback to engineering for system improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate advanced technologies into flight operations.
