Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
• English reading, writing, and speaking fluency.
• Willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime.
• Experience in high-pressure environments with quick decision-making.
• Experience in aviation safety, test, or operations roles in commercial or military settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to obtain FCC General Radiotelephone Operators License (GROL).

Responsibilities

• Flight planning, scheduling, aircrew coordination, and radio room flight following.
• Document control and regulatory compliance activities per DCMAI 8210.1C/D.
• Interface with DCMA, Chief Pilots, Air Dominance aircrew, and BT&E leadership.
• Travel to off-site locations for program support and on-site requirements.
