Job summary

Boeing in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Flight Operations Generalist to assist radio room flight following, aircrew scheduling, currency and qualification, and other flight ops tasks for Vertical Lift programs.

We welcome candidates at mid-level and senior levels who can handle travel, complex scheduling, and interfaces with DCMA and internal leadership. 1st shift; relocation possible per eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking of English.
• Willingness to work variable shifts including weekends/holidays/overtime.
• Experience in high-pressure environments requiring quick decision making.
• Experience in aviation safety, operations or test hazards in a commercial/military setting.

Responsibilities

• Flight planning and scheduling, aircrew coordination and flight following.
• Interface with DCMA, Chief Pilots, aircrew, and BT&E leadership.
• Report to BT&E Flight Operation manager; support external program requirements.
• Travel to off-site locations for multi-day assignments to augment skillset.
