Job summary

AirNet II LLC seeks a Flight Follower to coordinate and control air transportation for our Beechcraft Barons and Learjets. You will maintain operational control, communicate with flight crews and other personnel, and ensure compliance with FAA CFRs and manuals.

The role requires at least two years in aviation operations, knowledge of Part 135, and the ability to read aviation weather and regulations. A valid driver's license and ability to obtain an airport ID are required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years related aviation operations experience.
  • Knowledge of Part 135 Regulations.
  • Ability to read aviation weather reports and DOT regulations.
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to obtain airport ID.
  • Pass DOT/FAA pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and control air transportation operations within fleet.
  • Create and manage trips and logs; communicate shift turnover.
  • Maintain Operational Control per FAA CFRs and manuals.
  • Assess crew legality regarding flight time and duty limits.
  • Report mechanical delays or conditions of flight to appropriate personnel.
  • Provide pricing quotes and complete invoicing with manager approval.
  • Coordinate ground handling, permits, and TSA/customs requirements.
  • Communicate with pilots and flight crews on schedules.
