Job summary

Eagleview in Rochester, NY is seeking a Flight Operations Manager for imagery projects, coordinating assignments with flight suppliers, and ensuring safe, efficient capture across the continental US, Canada, and Hawaii.

The hybrid role requires logistics, scheduling, and communication skills to manage real-time challenges and deliverables. Base salary is $60,000–$70,000 with 10% bonus potential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Imaging Science, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years scheduling, logistics, or GIS experience.
• Comfortable communicating over the phone and coordinating across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Assist in strategy and execution of imagery capture project assignments to meet product specs and customer expectations.
• Communicate with Flight Supplier personnel to ensure flight assignments are executed safely, efficiently, and within product specification.
• Support the tracking and analysis of workload progress and rebalance amongst the fleet to give the best chance of capture success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal stakeholders to ensure all pre- and post-capture-related activities are completed in a timely manner.
• Support the fleet deployment and decommissioning of assets via supplier communication.
• Assist with performance metric evaluation for Flight Suppliers.
• Maintain daily production reporting.
• Coordinate and facilitate access to controlled/prohibited/restricted airspace via ATC, military personnel, or others.
• Facilitate the flight logistics needs of the test, validation, and research and development programs.
• Support the Disaster Response Program initiative to ensure safe, effective, and timely capture post-event that qualifies for DRP.
• Other duties as assigned.
