PHI Health, LLC is seeking passionate Flight Nurses for our West Lafayette, IN base to provide rapid-response, high-quality pre-hospital and inter-facility care. Join a leadership-driven team delivering advanced medical transport and ensuring patient safety on every mission.

The role requires an active RN license, 3–5 years of critical care or emergency experience, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS and related certifications. Expect comprehensive benefits and a sign-on bonus up to $15,000.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license required in the state employed.
• Minimum of 3 years, 5 years preferred, of critical care/emergency experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNATC, TNCC, ITLS or PHTLS certifications preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provides safe, comprehensive care to critically ill/injured patients in pre-hospital and inter-facility transports.
• Documents accurate assessment, treatment and transport information.
• Maintains billing information for patient transports.
• Ensures effective communication with management and stakeholders.
• Maintains knowledge through mandatory trainings, chart reviews, and continuing education.
