Job summary

PHI Health, LLC is seeking an experienced flight/transport registered nurse to deliver safe, comprehensive care to critically ill or injured patients in pre-hospital and inter-facility settings. The role emphasizes strict adherence to medical protocols, accurate documentation, and collaboration with management and external partners.

Requirements include an active RN license, 3–5 years of critical care, and certifications such as BLS/ACLS/PALS along with CFRN within 24 months.

Qualifications

Active RN license in the state of employment.
Minimum of three years (five years preferred) of current critical care/emergency experience.
Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS.
NRP preferred.
Instructor certifications preferred.
CFRN within twenty-four months of hire.
Flight or transport experience preferred.
Must pass PHI Air Medical Group education/orientation program.
Proficient computer skills for e-mail and charting.

Responsibilities

Provide safe, comprehensive care to critically ill/injured patients in pre-hospital and inter-facility transport.
Document and communicate assessment, treatment, and billing information accurately.
Maintain knowledge through mandatory meetings, labs, rotations and ongoing education.
Report to Medical Director per protocols and online guidance.
Collaborate with management and external customers; support PR/marketing efforts.
