Air Methods Clinical is seeking aClinical Education Lead for the South East Region, covering Georgia, Florida, South Carolina and Tennessee. The role leads orientation, develops local protocols, and oversees ongoing clinical education and accreditation for flight crews.

You will mentor clinicians, create training content, and support simulation-based learning across the region. The ideal candidate has a BS/BA or BSN with 5+ years in clinical operations and at least 2 years of instructor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or BSN with 5+ years of related experience.
• Flight nursing experience with 4+ years.
• 2+ years education/instructor experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead orientation and develop area-specific local protocols.
• Coordinate clinical education and preceptorship for new staff.
• Teach in simulation labs to assess and improve clinical competencies.
• Develop and lead accreditation and compliance activities.
• Create simulation scenarios and learning content for training.
