Job summary

Horseshoe Bay Resort’s Jet Center is hiring for the Flight Line Team in Horseshoe Bay, TX. The role fuels aircraft, marshals arrivals and departures, and services ramps with safety and hospitality in mind.

You’ll provide ground power, engine start help, and lavatory servicing, while maintaining a crisp ramp and delivering courteous communication to pilots and guests. A 21+ year old with a valid license and a flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Polished, professional appearance reflecting resort standards.
• Prior aviation or ramp experience is a plus; willingness to learn essential.
• Comfort working outdoors in Hill Country weather.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Safely fuel fixed-wing and rotor-wing aircraft with top quality control.
• Tow, position, and service aircraft using ground support equipment.
• Marshal arrivals and departures with precision and professionalism.
• Open and close FBO facilities per procedures.
• Provide ground power, engine start, and lavatory servicing.
• Maintain a polished ramp environment and clear communication.

What You’ll Do
