Job summary

Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a dedicated Ramp/Flight Line Team member to fuel and marshal aircraft, tow and service planes, and maintain a polished ramp environment. You will work outdoors in Texas Hill Country, interacting with pilots and passengers to ensure safety and top-tier service.

A flexible schedule, weekend/holiday availability, and a professional appearance are essential. Prior aviation or ramp experience is a plus; however, a willingness to learn and adapt to a luxury hospitality

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• HS diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Polished, professional appearance reflecting resort standards.
• Prior aviation or ramp experience is a plus—willingness to learn is essential.
• Comfort working outdoors in Hill Country weather.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds during shift.

Responsibilities

• Fuel fixed-wing and rotor-wing aircraft safely with high-quality standards.
• Tow, position, and service aircraft using approved ground support equipment.
• Marshal arrivals and departures with precision and professionalism.
• Open and close FBO facilities per procedures.
• Provide ground power, engine start assistance, and lavatory servicing.
• Maintain a ramp environment that reflects aircraft quality.
• Deliver courteous, prompt communication with pilots, passengers, vendors, and teammates.
