Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a Flight Instructor to deliver ground and simulator training in accordance with aviation regulations and FlightSafety principles. You will develop training materials, assess trainee progress, and maintain records to support client objectives.

The role requires adherence to DOT drug testing, regulatory qualifications, and ongoing instructor credentialing, with opportunities to work across diverse aviation programs.

Qualifications

• Must be able and willing to participate in FlightSafety's DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program.
• Unrestricted ATP or ICAO ATP license required; PIC type rating preferred.
• Preferred FAR Part 135/121 experience or military training.
• Willingness to meet regulatory requirements and maintain instructor qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pilot ground and simulator training for clients on core, specialty or enrichment courses.
• Develop and prepare training materials aligned to curriculum.
• Evaluate trainee progress and recommend qualification or additional training.
• Maintain accurate training records for each client.
