Job summary

FlightSafety International Inc. is seeking a Flight Instructor to deliver exceptional ground and simulator instruction in accordance with aviation regulations and FlightSafety principles.

The role involves developing training materials, evaluating trainee progress, and maintaining accurate records for diverse clients. The ideal candidate will hold an unrestricted ATP or ICAO ATP license, possess a valid PIC type rating, and be able to pass the DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted ATP certificate or ICAO member state Airline Transport Pilot License.
• Unrestricted PIC type rating.
• DOT Drug and Alcohol testing compliance.
• 2,500 hours total flight time preferred.
• Military training experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pilot ground and simulator training for clients.
• Develop and prepare training materials to meet client needs.
• Evaluate and measure trainee progress and recommend qualification or additional training.
• Complete accurate training records for each client.
• Identify client training issues and seek assistance when needed.
• Maintain Instructor qualifications per regulatory requirements.
