Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a Flight Instructor to deliver exceptional ground and simulator instruction in accordance with aviation regulations and FlightSafety Training principles. You will develop training materials and ensure accurate records are maintained for each client.

The role requires teaching ability, knowledge of safety standards, and the capability to evaluate trainee progress while maintaining instructor qualifications as mandated by regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of aviation safety standards and practices.
• Knowledge of common aviation regulations.
• Ability to manage classes and teach effectively.
• First-level facilitation skills.
• First-level customer service skills.
• Ability to be coachable and receive feedback to support development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pilot ground and simulator training for clients.
• Develop and prepare training materials supporting training delivery.
• Evaluate and measure trainee progress and recommend qualification or additional training.
• Complete accurate training records for each client.
• Identify client training issues and seek assistance prior to execution.
• Maintain instructor qualifications per regulatory requirements.
