Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a Flight Instructor to deliver ground and simulator instruction in accordance with aviation regulations and FlightSafety principles. You will develop training materials, evaluate trainee progress and maintain records for each client.

Qualifications

• Must deliver ground and simulator instruction in accordance with aviation regulations.
• Develop training materials and assess trainee progress.
• Maintain instructor qualifications in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pilot ground and simulator training for clients.
• Develop and prepare training materials to meet client needs.
• Evaluate trainee progress and determine qualification or need for additional training.
• Complete training records for each client.
• Identify client training issues and escalate as needed.
• Maintain instructor qualifications per regulatory requirements.
