Job summary

South Florida State College is seeking a full-time, grant-funded coordinator to support the Strengthening Institutions Program (FLIGHT). The role travels within the Tri-County service area and coordinates project management, reporting, and compliance activities.

You will work with SFSC and UF personnel to plan, monitor progress toward milestones, manage budgets, and maintain documentation and dashboards to demonstrate outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in education or a business-related field.
• Valid driver’s license or ability to travel within Tri-County service area; proficiency with computers and office software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary project coordinator for grant implementation and project management support across all FLIGHT Systems.
• Collaborate with SFSC and UF project personnel to plan, organize, implement, and coordinate FLIGHT project initiatives.
• Monitor, develop, submit and maintain grant materials, reports, or deliverables for the project.
• Coordinate grant administration compliance, record keeping, reporting, and evaluation activities toward program milestones.
• Monitor progress toward milestones and prepare required reports and records.
