iFLY in Maryland is seeking an Operations Manager to lead instructors, CSRs and STEM educators, ensuring the tunnel is staffed, safe, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will oversee daily operations, schedule flights, supervise a diverse team, manage inventory and payroll reporting, and work with the General Manager to maintain a premium venue. This role emphasizes safety, growth, and customer service excellence.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in operations management, in a customer facing industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in monitoring various business metrics and developing plans to address gaps.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey objectives while inspiring and guiding a diverse team.
• Experience in talent acquisition, team development and training with performance-driven meetings.
• A strong commitment to safety and enforcing safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring seamless and efficient execution within the tunnel.
• Ensure the tunnel is fully staffed at all times.
• Create and manage daily flight and staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
• Supervise instructors, CSRs and STEM educators to maintain high customer service standards.
• Lead, motivate and support the team, focusing on growth and conflict resolution.
• Manage inventory control and ordering of supplies.
• Maintain daily reporting including payroll and operational reports.
• Ensure the tunnel looks like a premium venue—clean, maintained, and presentable.
• Recruit, hire and develop team members and perform evaluations.
• Assist the General Manager as needed.
