Job summary

Apex Technology, Inc. is seeking a Receiving Inspector to join the Supply Chain team on site at the Playa Vista facility.

The role focuses on inspecting flight electronics hardware, reviewing documentation, identifying non-conformances, and recording results in our ERP system to ensure readiness for inventory and production. This 2nd shift role requires experience with electronics/EEE parts, familiarity with ASP9100/ISO9001 quality systems, and the ability to work on-site with occasional

Qualifications

• Inspect inbound electronics hardware and EEE components.
• Verify CoC, packing lists, and inspection reports.
• Record inspection results in ERP accurately.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect inbound materials for flight hardware.
• Perform visual and workmanship inspections of PCBA, harnesses, connectors.
• Review accompanying documentation with hardware (C of C, packing lists, inspection reports).
• Identify, document, and track non-conformances in ERP.
• Ensure proper traceability and handling of flight hardware through the receiving process.
• Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy; assist with training of inspectors.
• Move inspected parts into inventory or to production as required.
