Qualifications

• Valid Flight Dispatcher license or equivalent certification (e.g., DGCA, EASA, FAA).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in flight planning and dispatch operations.
• Strong knowledge of meteorology, navigation, and air traffic control procedures.
• Proficiency with flight planning software and systems.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make sound judgments under pressure.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
