Job summary

Global Crossing Airlines seeks an experienced Crew Scheduler to assign flight crews efficiently while complying with all regulatory standards. You will manage schedules, coordinate with flight crews, and adapt to operational changes to maintain smooth operations.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, with security clearances as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in scheduling, operations, logistics, dispatch, or other time-critical roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to learn crew scheduling systems (e.g., RAIDO).
• English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Open scheduling operations using the crew scheduling shift checklist.
• Monitor RAIDO to ensure duty time limitations and qualifications.
• Ensure crew legality and rest compliance per 14 CFR Part 117/121.467.
• Enter and edit crewmember changes in RAIDO daily.
• Coordinate travel, hotels, and car rentals for crews.
