• Training & Mentoring: Develop and deliver training programs to client business users on best practices and PLM processes.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring seamless store operations.
• Data Analysis & Reporting
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on FlexPLM platform.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., NPD team, supply chain) to achieve business objectives.
• Knowledge Sharing: Act as a retail subject matter expert, sharing knowledge and insights on industry best practices on PTC’s FlexPLM platform.
