Job summary

StretchLab Shortpump VA is looking for passionate professionals to become Flexologists. In this role, you will provide one-on-one assisted stretches and lead group classes in a dynamic fitness environment. Ideal candidates enjoy working with people and have certifications in fitness or related fields, with a strong focus on creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. You will also engage in sales activities to build and retain client membership, ensuring their fitness experiences are safe and effective.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates/Yoga Instructor.
• Love for boutique fitness and passion for stretching.
• Professional work ethic, reliable and adheres to attendance policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and lead group classes.
• Encourage and motivate clients during sessions.
• Manage client care and maintain a best-in-class stretching experience.
