Qualifications

• Love of boutique fitness environment and passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility.
• Experience as Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates/Yoga Instructor.
• Experience in a fitness/health environment providing hands-on training with a client.
• Must have fitness certification and professional work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes up to 6 clients.
• Encourage and motivate clients; empathy is a key skill.
• Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele through sales and outreach to leads.
• Manage client care with best-in-class stretching experience and accurate notes.
• Enforce safety policies and proper stretch techniques.
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations.
• Assist Sales Associates and GM with studio tours and sales as needed.
• Maintain social media presence for client membership and retention.
• Clean and maintain all equipment for client use.
