Job summary

StretchLab seeks dedicated wellness professionals to become Flexologists, delivering one-on-one and group stretching sessions to help clients improve mobility and vitality. Your enthusiasm for boutique fitness and client connection will drive success in a supportive, growing team.

We provide a proprietary training program, including 20 hours of online learning and 2 days of hands-on in‑person training, with competitive hourly pay ($24–$27) and benefits.

Qualifications

• You’ll need fitness certification and experience in a hands‑on training role within a health or fitness environment.
• Strong communication to create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
• Background in massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, or movement disciplines acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformative one-on-one and group stretching sessions that not only loosen limbs but also uplift spirits.
• Become a motivator and coach who champions clients to stretch beyond their limits.
• Grow and nurture StretchLab family, keeping members committed and coming back for more.
