Qualifications

• Candidates must have a background in fitness, wellness, or movement-based disciplines.
• Must be comfortable with hands-on client interaction.
• Applicants with strong movement backgrounds (such as dance) are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to each client.
• Create a safe, professional, and engaging experience.
• Educate clients on mobility, recovery, and consistency.
• Build relationships that drive retention and referrals.
• Participate in light sales conversations.
• Support studio operations and cleanliness.
