StretchLab - Virginia Beach is seeking passionate Stretch Practitioners (Flexologists) for part-time roles. You'll deliver personalized one-on-one stretch sessions, improving client mobility and wellness. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required. Ideal candidates should have a background in fitness or wellness and excel in client interaction. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Background in fitness, wellness, or movement-based disciplines required.
• Must be comfortable with hands-on client interaction.
• Applicants with strong movement backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions.
• Create a safe and engaging experience for clients.
• Educate clients on mobility and recovery.
• Build client relationships for retention and referrals.
• Maintain client notes and manage recurring sessions.
• Support studio operations and cleanliness.
