Overview

StretchLab is an industry leader in one‑on‑one assisted stretching, offering trainings for Flexologists. We are looking for personal trainers, massage therapists, and dance/yoga/pilates instructors to join our team in Glen Allen, VA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes for up to six clients.
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout sessions, using empathy and communication skills.
• Build and retain membership through sales, outreach, and effective client engagement.
• Maintain client records, book weekly recurring appointments, and provide a best‑in‑class experience.
• Ensure client safety by applying proper stretch techniques and enforcing StretchLab policies.
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations.
• Address member concerns and assist sales associates and general manager with studio tours as needed.
• Maintain a strong social media presence to support membership and retention.
• Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure availability for client use.

Requirements

• Passion for boutique fitness and a love of stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
• Prior experience as a massage therapist, personal trainer, physical therapist, Pilates or yoga instructor, or similar hands‑on fitness professional.
• Fitness certification is required.
• Strong communication skills and empathy, with a positive, welcoming approach.
• Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies.
• Must be available for our 2‑day Flexologist Training Program™ (20 hours online + 2 days in‑person).

Job Details
