Job summary

StretchLab Franchise in Glen Allen, VA is seeking part-time Flexologists to perform one-on-one assisted stretches and lead group stretching sessions for clients.

You will build studio memberships, retain clients through outreach, and maintain detailed client notes while delivering a best-in-class stretching experience. Training includes a 2-day program with online tutorials and hands-on sessions at the studio.

Qualifications

• Love of boutique fitness and passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility.
• Experience as Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor.
• Fitness certification required; ability to train clients hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one stretches and lead group classes for up to 6 clients.
• Motivate clients with empathy throughout sessions.
• Grow StretchLab membership and retain clients via outreach to leads.
• Maintain client notes and schedule weekly appointments.
• Ensure safety and enforce StretchLab policies during stretches.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings.
• Support Sales Associates and GM with studio tours and sales as needed.
• Maintain equipment and cleanliness for client use.
