Job summary

StretchLab Franchise is seeking part-time Flexologists in Glen Allen, VA to provide one-on-one assisted stretches and lead group sessions. You will help grow memberships and retain clients while upholding safety standards and studio policies.

Ideal candidates have a passion for mobility, a fitness certification, and strong communication. Training includes a 2‑day Flexologist Training Program with 20 hours online and 2 days hands-on.

Qualifications

• Love of boutique fitness environment and passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
• Experience as Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates/Yoga Instructor.
• Experience in fitness/health env with hands-on client training.
• Fitness certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes for clients.
• Encourage and motivate clients; maintain client notes and schedule weekly appointments.
• Build StretchLab membership and retain clients through outreach to leads.
• Ensure client safety and enforce policies during sessions.
• Attend staff meetings and educational presentations.
• Assist sales and GM with studio tours and sales as needed.
• Maintain social media presence to promote memberships.
• Clean and maintain equipment for client use.
