Job summary

StretchLab - Hudson is seeking Flexologists to provide one-on-one assisted stretches and lead group stretching classes for clients in a boutique fitness studio in Ohio. You will motivate clients, uphold safety standards, and help grow membership through sales and outreach.

The role requires a fitness certification, a passion for stretching and mobility, and strong communication and empathy to create a welcoming environment for diverse clients. Training is provided and attendance is required.

Qualifications

• Love of boutique fitness, stretching, mobility and flexibility.
• Experience as Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates/Yoga Instructor.
• Hands-on training experience with clients in a fitness/health setting.
• Fitness certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions.
• Lead group stretch classes for clients.
• Build StretchLab membership and retain clientele through outreach and sales.
• Update client notes and book weekly recurring appointments.
• Ensure client safety and enforce studio policies.
• Attend staff meetings and educational presentations.
• Assist with studio tours and sales as needed.
