StretchLab is seeking Flexologists to join our team in a boutique fitness setting. You will deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and lead small group classes, helping clients improve mobility and flexibility.

The role emphasizes creating a welcoming environment, coaching clients through sessions, and building membership through outreach. Candidates should have a fitness certification, experience in hands-on training, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Love of boutique fitness environment and passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
• Experience in a fitness/health setting providing hands-on training.
• Must have a fitness certification.
• Excellent communication and empathy; ability to connect with people.
• Willing to complete the 3-day Flexologist Training Program with online and in-person components.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions.
• Lead group stretch classes for up to 6 clients.
• Build StretchLab membership and retain clients through outreach to leads.
• Manage client care by updating notes and scheduling weekly appointments.
• Ensure client safety and enforce StretchLab policies.
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations.
• Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed.
• Maintain strong social media presence to engage members.
• Clean and maintain equipment to ensure availability for client use.
