Flexologist Training Program

Job summary

StretchLab is seeking Flexologists to provide one-on-one assisted stretches and lead group sessions, helping clients improve mobility and flexibility. You will build client relationships, update notes, and support studio sales activities.

Ideal candidates have hands-on training experience, a fitness certification, and strong communication skills. This role starts part-time and can evolve as your client base grows, with training through Flexologist Program™.

Qualifications

• Must have fitness certification.
• Experience as trainer, therapist, or instructor.
• Ability to work with clients in boutique setting.
• Excellent communication and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one stretch sessions and lead group classes.
• Motivate clients and grow StretchLab membership.
• Update client notes and schedule weekly appointments.
• Ensure client safety and adherence to policies.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Assist Sales and GM with tours and sales.
• Maintain equipment and studio cleanliness.
