Job summary

StretchLab is seeking kinesiology graduates to join our team as Flexologists. You will provide one-on-one assisted stretches and lead group classes for clients in a boutique fitness setting.

Responsibilities include motivating clients, building memberships, booking weekly appointments, and ensuring safe, high-quality stretching sessions. Strong communication and a passion for helping others achieve mobility goals are essential.

Qualifications

• Love of boutique fitness environment and passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
• Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor.
• Experience in a fitness/health setting with hands-on training.
• Professional work ethic and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes for up to 6 clients
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
• Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele through sales and outreach to leads
• Manage client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience, update notes, and book weekly appointments
• Ensure the safety of clients regarding proper stretch techniques and enforce policies
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
• Handle member concerns when applicable
• Assist Sales Associates and GM with studio tour and sales as needed
• Maintain strong social media presence to support membership and retention
• Clean and maintain all equipment so it is available for client use
