Job summary

StretchLab Franchise is seeking Flexologists to provide one-on-one assisted stretches and lead small group classes in a boutique studio setting. You will help clients improve mobility and overall wellbeing while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role emphasizes membership growth, client retention, and a welcoming, empathetic environment. Training is provided through the Flexologist Program with safety-focused instruction and hands-on coaching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes.
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout sessions.
• Build StretchLab membership and retain clients through outreach.
• Maintain client notes and schedule weekly appointments.
• Ensure client safety and enforce policies.
• Attend staff meetings and training.
• Assist sales and GM with tours and sales as needed.
• Maintain strong social media presence to support membership.
