Qualifications

• Love of boutique fitness environment – passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
• Fitness certification required.
• Experience in fitness/health environment with hands-on training.
• Excellent communication and empathy toward clients.
• Must enjoy connecting with people and helping them achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
• Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele
• Ensure safety of clients regarding proper stretch techniques and policies
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
• Handle member concerns when applicable
• Assist sales associates and GM with studio tour and sales as needed
• Maintain strong social media presence to promote client membership and retention
• Clean and maintain all equipment for client use
