Qualifications

• Boutique fitness environment passion required.
• Excellent communication and empathy with clients.
• Sales ability to grow studio membership and retain clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
• Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele through sales and outreach to leads
• Manage client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience, updating client notes, and booking weekly recurring appointments
• Ensure client safety and enforce StretchLab policies
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
• Handle member concerns when applicable
• Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed
• Maintain social media presence to grow client membership and retention
• Clean and maintain all equipment for client use
