Job summary

StretchLab Franchise is seeking Flexologists to provide one-on-one assisted stretches and lead guided group stretching classes for our clients. This role supports our mission to empower clients to ‘Live Long’ through mobility and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Love of boutique fitness environment and passion for mobility and flexibility.
• Experience as Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor.
• Experience in a fitness environment with hands-on client training.
• Fitness certification required.
• Strong communication and empathy in client interactions.
• Professional work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to complete the 3-day Flexologist Training Program (20 hours online + 3 days in-person).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one stretch sessions and group classes for up to 6 clients.
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions.
• Build StretchLab membership and retain existing clientele through sales and outreach to leads.
• Manage client care by updating notes and booking weekly recurring appointments.
• Ensure client safety and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules.
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations.
• Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed.
• Maintain a strong social media presence to support client membership and retention.
• Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure availability for clients.
