StretchLab Scottsdale/Phoenix is seeking a Flexologist to deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions, assess mobility, and create personalized plans. You will educate clients on flexibility, recovery, posture, and injury prevention, and build lasting relationships to support ongoing wellness.

This role offers paid training, no sales quotas, flexible scheduling with part- and full-time options, and a chance to grow with the nation’s leading assisted stretching brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fitness, wellness, rehabilitation, or bodywork preferred.
• Experience working one-on-one with clients in a hands-on environment.
• Passion for helping people improve their quality of life through movement.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional, dependable, coachable, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable working with clients of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels.
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional one-on-one assisted stretch sessions using StretchLab's proprietary methodology.
• Conduct mobility assessments and create personalized stretching plans.
• Educate clients on flexibility, mobility, recovery, posture, and injury prevention.
• Build lasting relationships that help members stay committed to their wellness goals.
• Lead small-group stretch classes (when scheduled).
• Maintain accurate client notes and progress tracking.
• Help create an energetic, welcoming, and professional studio environment.
• Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and community events.
• Assist with studio events and member engagement initiatives.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and uphold StretchLab's high standards of care.
