Job summary

StretchLab is seeking a motivated Flexologist for our Scottsdale & Phoenix studios. You will deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions, perform mobility assessments, and tailor personalized stretching plans to help clients improve flexibility and move better.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in fitness or related fields, strong hands-on experience, and excellent interpersonal skills. Training is provided; there are opportunities for full- and part-time schedules and professional growth within

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fitness, wellness, rehabilitation, or bodywork.
• Experience working one-on-one with clients in a hands-on environment.
• Passion for helping people improve their quality of life through movement.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable working with clients of all ages and fitness levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional one-on-one assisted stretch sessions using StretchLab's methodology.
• Conduct mobility assessments and create personalized stretching plans.
• Educate clients on flexibility, mobility, recovery, posture, and injury prevention.
• Build lasting relationships to keep members engaged with their wellness goals.
• Lead small-group stretch classes when scheduled.
• Maintain accurate client notes and progress tracking.
• Help create a welcoming, professional studio environment.
• Participate in team meetings and continuing education.
• Assist with studio events and member engagement initiatives.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and uphold high standards of care.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking professionals with a passion for health, movement, and helping others.

• Licensed Massage Therapists
• Certified Personal Trainers
• Certified Athletic Trainers
• Physical Therapists or Physical Therapist Assistants/Aides
• Pilates Instructors
• Yoga Instructors
• Dance Instructors
• Strength & Conditioning Coaches
• Exercise Science or Kinesiology graduates
• Other movement professionals with strong hands-on experience

Training

All Flexologists complete our comprehensive paid training program before working independently.

Training includes:

• 20+ hours of online education
• Two days of immersive, hands-on instruction
• Supervised practice sessions
• Ongoing coaching and continuing education to help you grow your skills
