Job summary

StretchLab Hollywood is hiring Flexologists to provide personalized one-on-one assisted stretch sessions at our Hollywood or Echo Park studios. You’ll work hands-on, build client relationships, and see immediate progress in mobility and pain reduction.

Ideal candidates have a fitness/health background, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Part-time, on-site with flexible hours and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Background in fitness, health, or wellness.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Reliability, professionalism, and eagerness to learn.
• Minimum 2 years in a fitness/health environment preferred.
• Positivity, adaptability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, customized one-on-one stretch sessions with proper technique and safety.
• Educate clients on stretching, mobility, and recovery principles, tracking progress.
• Create a fun, energizing environment reflecting the StretchLab brand.
• Build strong client relationships to support retention and membership growth.
• Assist with studio tours and explain membership options as needed.
• Update client notes accurately after each session.
• Keep equipment and the studio clean; support sales and operations tasks.
