Job summary

StretchLab Greenwich is seeking motivated Flexologists to deliver one-on-one assisted stretching sessions in a welcoming studio. Help clients improve flexibility, mobility, and recovery while building meaningful relationships with recurring clients.

We offer paid training and certification, part-time and full-time opportunities, flexible scheduling, and ongoing education. Ideal backgrounds include fitness, exercise science, kinesiology, physical therapy, or wellness-related fields.

Qualifications

• Background in fitness, wellness, or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to deliver personalized one-on-one stretching sessions and client education.
• Strong communication, dependability, and professionalism in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized one-on-one assisted stretching sessions.
• Assess client goals and provide a positive, professional stretching experience.
• Educate clients on flexibility, mobility, recovery, and healthy movement.
• Build relationships with clients through recurring sessions.
• Modify stretching techniques based on individual needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate client notes and session documentation.
• Create a welcoming, professional studio environment.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.
• Support the studio’s client experience and team culture.
