StretchLab Hollywood is hiring Flexologists to provide personalized one-on-one assisted stretch sessions at our Hollywood or Echo Park studios. You’ll work hands-on, build client relationships, and see immediate progress in mobility and pain reduction.

Ideal candidates have a fitness/health background, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Part-time, on-site with flexible hours and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, customized one-on-one stretch sessions with proper technique and safety.

Create a fun, energizing environment reflecting the StretchLab brand.
Build strong client relationships to support retention and membership growth.
Assist with studio tours and explain membership options as needed.
Update client notes accurately after each session.
Keep equipment and the studio clean; support sales and operations tasks.

StretchLab Hollywood and our sister studio in Echo Park are looking for passionate, energetic individuals to join our team as Flexologists. If you have a background in fitness, movement, or bodywork (Personal Training, Massage, Yoga, Pilates, Physical Therapy, Dance, or Athletic Training), this is your chance to grow your career in a fast-growing wellness industry.

About the Role

As a Flexologist at StretchLab Hollywood or Echo Park, you’ll deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions that genuinely improve how people feel and move - often in a single visit. This isn’t a generic gym job: you work hands-on, build real relationships, and see visible progress in flexibility, mobility, and pain reduction. Our Hollywood and Echo Park studios serve a mix of athletes, desk workers, and entertainment industry professionals. If you love anatomy, movement, and helping people get out of pain or move better - this is one of the few roles where you can use those skill daily, get paid for it, and actually see the impact immediately.

What You’ll Do

Deliver safe, customized one-on-one stretch sessions, ensuring proper technique and safety standards throughout
Educate clients on stretching, mobility, and recovery principles, motivating them by tracking and communicating progress
Create a fun, energizing environment that reflects the StretchLab brand with professionalism
Build strong client relationships that support retention and membership growth
Assist with studio tours and explain membership options when needed
Update client notes accurately after each session
Keep equipment and the studio clean and ready, and support sales and operations tasks (membership drives, lead follow-up) as needed

What We’re Looking For

Background in fitness, health, or wellness (Personal Training, Massage Therapy, Yoga, Pilates, PT/PTA, Dance, etc.)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a fitness/health environment preferred
Strong communication & people skills - ability to connect and motivate
Reliable, professional, and eager to learn

Qualifications (one of the following required)

Nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, etc.)
State license/certification (Massage Therapist, PT, ATC, Chiropractor)
Degree in health, fitness, or wellness-related field (e.g., Kinesiology, PTA)
Min. 200-hr Yoga Allinance
Prior client care experience
Must complete our proprietary Flexologist Training Program (20 hrs online, 2 days hands-on, plus practice hours as needed)
