Job summary

StretchLab Stamford is seeking motivated Flexologists to deliver personalized one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and build a growing client roster. You will assess mobility, create tailored stretch plans, and educate members on flexibility, recovery, and injury prevention while fostering long-term relationships.

Certified training is provided at no cost, and there are both part-time and full-time opportunities with a compensation model including per-hour rates, tips, and commission

Qualifications

Relationship-building and customer service mindset.
Ability to retain clients and grow the schedule.
Sales-oriented for upselling sessions and perks.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized one-on-one assisted stretch sessions.
Assess mobility and create client-specific stretch plans.
Educate members on flexibility, recovery, and injury prevention.
Build long-term client relationships to support retention.
Support studio events, demo days, and community outreach.
Maintain a professional, clean studio environment.
