Job summary

StretchLab Wyckoff, NJ is seeking a Flexologist (Stretch Therapist) for a part-time role, 20–25 hours per week, at $26–$30 per hour.

Lead one-on-one stretch sessions, educate clients on mobility and posture, and build meaningful relationships while representing the brand in a high-energy studio.

Qualifications

• Degree or certification in kinesiology or related field
• Current certification from NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, or similar
• Professional license in PT/AT or related field
• Anatomy training in yoga/dance/barre is acceptable

Responsibilities

• Lead personalized, one-on-one stretch sessions.
• Educate clients on mobility, recovery, posture, and performance.

What Youll Do (and Love)

Lead Transformative Stretch Sessions
Deliver personalized, one-on-one assisted stretches using proven techniques that help clients move and feel their best.

Be the Go-To Movement Expert
Educate and empower clients on mobility, recovery, posture, and performance using your knowledge of anatomy and human movement.

Build Meaningful Client Relationships
Make every client feel supported, motivated, and eager to returnbecauseof the experience you provide.

Represent Our Brand with Pride
Partner with the front desk and sales team to create an exceptional first impression and convert new visitors into loyal members.

Keep Growing with Us
Participate in regular team training, continuing education, and hands-on development in a high-energy, collaborative environment.

Who You Are

Youre not just passionate about fitnessyoure committed to helping people move better and feel stronger. With your expertise, energy, and empathy, you meet clients where they are and guide them toward their goals.

You Must Have One of the Following:

• A degree or certification in: Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, Human Movement, or related fields
• A current certification from: NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF
• A professional license as: Physical Therapist, PTA, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Athletic Trainer
• A credential in: Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance with anatomy training

Bonus Qualifications:

• CPR/AED Certified (or willing to become certified)
• 1+ years of hands-on client experience in fitness, therapy, or wellness
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and functional movement
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Team player with a positive, professional attitude
• Ready to hustleand have fun doing it
