Location: StretchLab Hoboken 760 Jackson Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030
Job Type: Part-Time (20+ hours per week, one weekend day preferred)
Compensation: $25-$27 per hour while stretching

Required Certifications / Backgrounds

Applicants must hold at least one of the following certifications or relevant professional experience:

• Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
• Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, ACSM, or similar)
• Group Fitness Instructor Certification
• Pilates Instructor Certification
• Dance Instructor
• Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, or comparable movement/rehabilitation background

What Youll Do

As a StretchLab Flexologist, youll deliver life-changing experiences through personalized assisted stretching. Responsibilities include:

• Guiding clients through customized 25- and 50-minute one-on-one stretch sessions
• Educating clients on the benefits of improved mobility, flexibility, and recovery
• Creating an uplifting and motivating studio experience
• Building long-term client relationships to support their wellness goals
• Maintaining accurate client notes and progress tracking
• Participating in team trainings, workshops, and community events
